2. Definitions and Scope

These terms apply to all private customers purchasing for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Conclusion of Contract

Displaying products on our website is an invitation to order and does not constitute a legally binding offer.
By completing the checkout process, the customer submits a legally binding purchase offer.

Order process:
Select product → Add to cart → Review → Checkout → Login/Register → Final confirmation → Submit order

An automatic email confirms receipt of your order.

4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment

• Prices include VAT; shipping costs are extra.
• For shipping details, please refer to the “Shipping Costs” page.

Payment methods:

• PayPal
• Credit Card (Visa / MasterCard)
• Klarna (Germany & Austria)

5. Delivery

• Germany: 2–5 business days
• EU countries: 5–10 business days

Products are manufactured and shipped after order confirmation and payment.

6. Retention of Title

Ownership of products remains with the store until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers may cancel orders within 14 days without giving a reason.
Notification must be sent via email (info@artevo.com) or letter.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products.
Custom or personalized items are excluded.

8. Complaints

Defective or wrongly delivered products will be replaced.
Shipping costs are reimbursed if the error is caused by the store.

9. Product Information

• Products are made of PLA filament and intended for indoor use only.
• Avoid temperatures above 40°C and direct sunlight.
• Each product is unique; minor grooves or lines are normal.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Use dried flowers; for fresh flowers, use the supplied PP insert.
• The store is not liable for misuse; health and safety exceptions apply.

11. Applicable Law

German law applies exclusively while fully respecting consumer rights.
