The period starts from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

Notification can be sent via email or letter. Using a sample withdrawal form is optional.

Refund

Upon receipt of your notification, all payments including shipping costs (except extra costs for selecting a more expensive delivery method) will be reimbursed within 14 days.
Refunds are made using the same payment method unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or proof of dispatch is provided.

Returning Goods

Goods must be returned within 14 days from the date of notification.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the goods are defective.
The customer is only responsible for any reduced value due to unnecessary handling.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products.
