artevo vases are created using modern 3D printing technology. Each piece is built layer by layer in a precise process that can take several hours, depending on the design.

This technique allows us to produce refined, detailed forms while keeping the vases lightweight and elegant.

artevo 3D vases are made from PLA (Polylactic Acid), a plant-based bioplastic derived from renewable resources such as corn starch or sugarcane.

Although manufactured industrially, PLA is biodegradable and represents an environmentally responsible alternative to conventional petroleum-based plastics.

artevo vases are not dishwasher-safe. We recommend gentle cleaning with lukewarm water.
For removing dust, a soft lint-free cloth or a clean makeup brush works perfectly.

If your vase includes a transparent or glass inner insert, this part can be cleaned in the dishwasher at temperatures up to 65°C.

Due to the layered structure of 3D printing, the outer vase itself is not fully waterproof.
Each artevo vase is therefore supplied with a waterproof inner insert, allowing safe use with fresh flowers. The insert is cylindrical and slightly smaller than the vase interior. Always place it inside before adding water.

When using dried flowers only, the insert is optional.

Exposure to high temperatures or direct sunlight may affect the stability of the material and lead to deformation. While this does not occur in every case, it remains a possibility.

For best results, we recommend keeping artevo vases below temperatures of 40°C.

artevo vases can be used outdoors for short periods, such as on terraces, in gardens, or at events.

They are not designed for permanent outdoor use. Even short-term use should avoid direct sunlight.

Yes, PLA is biodegradable and can be composted in industrial composting facilities under controlled conditions.

Home composting is not suitable. If disposal becomes necessary, we encourage you to contact artevo for proper guidance.

Within each size category, the vase heights are designed to be visually harmonious. Minor variations may occur depending on the specific shape of the model.

Inner inserts and openings
Each vase is supplied with a waterproof inner insert. The approximate dimensions depend on the size of the vase:

  • Small (S): height and diameter vary by model
  • Medium (M): height and diameter vary by model
  • Large (L): height and diameter vary by model

Glass tube and accessories

    The opening of the vase is slightly wider than the glass tube. The tube is positioned securely using an additional insert.

Vase capacity
Because artevo vases come in different shapes and sizes, their internal volume may vary. For use with water, always fill the supplied cylindrical insert rather than the vase body itself.

Vase weight
Thanks to the 3D printing process and the use of bio-based PLA material, artevo vases are noticeably lighter and more impact-resistant than traditional ceramic or glass vases.

Available colors
artevo vases are available in a curated selection of colors, ranging from light to dark tones.

You may choose a single color for a minimalist look or combine multiple colors and sizes for a more expressive arrangement. All colors are carefully selected to complement one another.

Yes. You can check your order status in your customer account.
You will receive an order confirmation email after purchase and a second email with a tracking link once your order has been shipped.

Changes are possible as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us by email or phone.

Please note that delivery address changes are not possible for invoice payments.

Discount codes are valid only during the specified promotion period.

artevo ships orders from Germany to all EU member states as well as Switzerland.

If you wish to place an order from a country outside these regions, please contact our customer support team in advance.

Shipping costs depend on the delivery country and order value:

Within Germany

  • Orders over €80: free shipping
  • Orders under €80: €4.90

Outside Germany

  • Orders over €250: free shipping
  • Orders under €250: €9.95 or €14.95, depending on the destination country

All artevo products are carefully packed in sturdy cardboard boxes and shipped via DHL GoGreen.

We prioritize environmentally friendly packaging and avoid plastic whenever possible.

Yes. Simply enter the Packstation number, postal number (Postnummer), city, and recipient name correctly in the address fields during checkout.

Address changes are possible as long as the parcel has not yet been shipped. Please contact us by email or phone.

Please note that address changes are not possible for invoice payments.

Tax calculation depends on the delivery destination:

  • Germany: Orders include 19% VAT
  • European Union:
    German VAT applies up to a defined sales threshold. Beyond this limit, the VAT rate of the destination country applies.
  • Switzerland:
    German VAT does not apply. Import taxes and customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.

Example:
A customer in Switzerland orders a product set worth €230:

  • No German VAT is charged
  • Swiss VAT and import duties are paid to DHL upon delivery
  • The total cost for the customer is approximately €227

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. In most cases, this link allows you to follow the delivery status. Please also check your spam or junk folder, as the email may occasionally end up there.

If your package arrives damaged, please document the situation carefully by taking clear photos of both the packaging and the product.
